We support customization of dial materials (stainless steel, titanium alloy, ceramic, etc.), dial colors and patterns, strap materials (genuine leather, silicone, metal steel strap), case engraving, and movement type selection (quartz/mechanical). The specific customizable range is subject to the provided customization list.
The regular customization cycle is 40 working days. For customizations involving complex pattern engraving or rare materials, the cycle will be extended to 60 working days. The specific time will be notified after order confirmation.
As custom watches are exclusive personalized products, returns or exchanges are not supported for non-quality issues. If you find quality defects such as material or craftsmanship problems after receiving the watch, you can contact customer service within 7 days of signing for it, and we will provide repair or re-manufacturing services after verification.
Yes. You need to provide a clear vector image or high-definition picture. Our design team will evaluate the feasibility of the pattern, and customization can be carried out after confirming that it meets the process requirements.
The price is mainly related to the materials of the case and dial (e.g., ordinary stainless steel/precious metals), movement grade (basic/high-end), complexity of the customization process (e.g., ordinary engraving/embossing process), and customization quantity. The larger the quantity, the lower the unit price.
The minimum order quantity for corporate bulk customization is 50 pieces. Exclusive discounts and more detailed customization plan services are available for bulk customization.
Case engraving usually supports 10-15 characters (both Chinese and English are acceptable). Fonts can be selected from regular Songti, Kaiti, or simple sans-serif fonts. For special fonts or extra-long engraving, it is necessary to communicate in advance to confirm feasibility.
Yes. Custom watches also enjoy 1-2 years of official warranty service. The warranty covers movement failures and non-man-made damage to the case/strap. Customized processes such as engraving are not covered by the warranty.
After order confirmation, we will provide a 1:1 customized renderings, including the overall presentation of the dial, case, and strap. You can put forward modification suggestions for the renderings, and the production process will start after confirmation.
Yes. An additional 10%-30% expedited fee is required for the expedited service. The regular cycle can be shortened to 30 working days at the fastest. The availability of the expedited service is subject to the current production schedule.
